Merry Christmas to Me!

My co-worker gave me this wonderful gift for Christmas. The perfect vintage tin with a handle contained peppermint bath salts, lavendar bath salts, southwest spice blend, Christmas CD, Irish soda bread recipe and PEZ on earth greeting card. Lucky, lucky me. Thanks, Jess!

Vintage Swap Package

Thank you to Jen Leheny of Red Instead fame for the beautiful swap package! It contained vintage pillow cases, napkins, notepaper, zipper pouch with animals, handmade Christmas card, salt & peppers and ocean in a bottle! Hope Jen's swap partner was good to her, too!

Stained Glass Christmas Tree Cookies

Our first cookie exchange required six dozen cookies - we made the stained glass Christmas trees from MS Holiday cookie magazine. Crushing the Jolly Rancher candies was fun. They were tasty, too!

Swirled Paint Ornaments

Here's a super easy project for adults and kids alike. We purchased clear glass ornaments with hangers and poured paint inside.

Place a piece of cotton over the opening and shake like crazy! Add more paint if needed.

Let dry; tie a ribbon around the hanger. Enjoy or give as gifts.
